Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead others in developing a culture of collaboration, compliance, and respect. Collaborate within and across departments to improve the integrated management system (IMS). Demonstrate leadership and judgement in the development of quality planning for products and manufacturing processes, including in new product introduction (NPI). Lead cross functional teams in the development of systems and solutions to improve internal quality. Lead the development of failure modes and effects analyses , and the design of improvements to address high risk priority numbers. Perform measurement systems analyses and use the results to design improvements. Lead root cause analysis of quality problems in manufacturing. Manage the customer complaint process, prepare corrective actions, drive successful implementation , and update the customer on progress and outcomes. Drive projects to improve supplier quality. Serve as lead auditor for compliance with ISO 9001, both internally and onsite at our suppliers.
