What You'll Do Lead audit engagements from planning through completion Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor Review audit work and provide guidance to staff and seniors Mentor and develop team members Communicate directly with clients and help identify opportunities to improve their business Contribute to firm-wide decisions and initiatives Help maintain a high standard of quality and client service What We're Looking For 5+ years of public accounting experience with a strong audit background Experience managing or leading audit engagements Strong communication and client relationship skills Ability to mentor and develop accounting professionals Strong technical accounting and auditing knowledge Organized, collaborative, and comfortable taking ownership Why This Firm?
