Job Description

Waterford Public Schools has a position available for an Auditorium Coordinator for the 2026-2027 school year.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Other duties may be assigned Coordinate scheduling of events between Rec and Parks, Waterford High School and other Waterford Public Schools events. Coordinate and ensure appropriate technical coverage for lighting,audio and visual needs for evening events at Waterford High School. If coverage cannot be secured from the established on-call list, the Auditorium Coordinator is expected to provide the necessary coverage and will be compensated at the applicable additional hourly rate. Monitor the condition and functionality of the equipment and report needs to the Director of Technology. Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications Current Waterford Public School's employees are encouraged to apply. High school diploma or equivalent required. No prior experience needed. Training will be provided. Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work evening and weekend hours. This is a one year position.
Compensation:
$4,000 stipend.
