Well known CPA firm in Boca Raton/Hollywood/Fort Lauderdale, FL is looking for an Audit Manager/Sr. Audit Manager to join their expanding team. Qualifications Active Florida CPA 8-10+ years of public accounting assurance experience Proven high-volume engagement management experience Full-cycle audit experience from planning through issuance Willingness to remain hands-on and work in the trenches alongside the audit team Demonstrated business development, referral, networking, and client growth success ✅ What makes this role stand out:
- Own audits/reviews from planning through final report issuance
- Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact and manage open items
- Handle significant account testing, internal controls, and analytical review
- Communicate findings and recommendations directly to clients and management
- Supervise and review junior staff
