Position Overview We are seeking a diligent and tech-savvy Onsite Auditor to support our quality control and field operations. In this role, you will travel directly to job sites alongside our field crews to track operational data, document Quality Integrity Inspections (QIDs), and visually audit the final results. This is a critical position suited for an individual with a sharp eye for detail who ensures our site clean-up and landscaping meets the high standards our builder partners expect.

Key Responsibilities Field Documentation:

Accurately document and process Quality Integrity Inspections (QIDs) directly from the field using company systems.

Visual Quality Audits:

Take clear, comprehensive photos of completed work—including garage sweeps, property faces, and landscape finishes—to verify job quality and completion.

Workflow Collaboration:

Work closely with field crews and supervisors to ensure all site audits are completed, logged, and routed accurately for final review.

Standard Verification :

Audit job sites against company checklist items (e.g., proper debris removal, magnet sweep completion) to ensure compliance.

Hazard Reporting:

Document and immediately report any site hazards, property damage, or equipment issues encountered during field inspections.

Professional Representation:

Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance while representing AMASA Logistics on active builder job sites. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Strong attention to detail with an ability to spot discrepancies in quality or safety standards. Comfort using smartphones, tablets, or specialized apps for data entry and uploading high-quality photos. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and navigate active construction environments. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively alongside field laborers and management. Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
