Overview - Public Accounting Experience Required We are seeking a detail‑oriented and driven Experienced Auditor to join our growing audit team. What You'll Do As an Auditor at Miller CPAs and Advisors, you'll gain hands‑on experience working on audit engagements for a diverse client base. You'll build your technical skills, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute meaningfully to client deliverables while developing a strong foundation in public accounting. Perform audit fieldwork including testing, documentation, and analysis Prepare work papers in accordance with firm standards and professional guidelines Assist with audit planning and financial statement preparation Communicate with engagement team members regarding progress and issues Follow audit programs and complete assigned sections accurately and timely Apply GAAP, GAAS, and firm audit methodologies Accept feedback and actively seek learning opportunities Support the audit team during peak seasons and deadlines What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field CPA eligibility or intent to pursue CPA licensure 2+ years of public accounting audit experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Eagerness to learn and grow in public accounting Good communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset Willingness to work extended hours and weekends during peak seasons Strong work ethic, reliability, and accountability Why You'll Love Working Here Direct access to managers and partners Supportive environment focused on development and long‑term growth Clear career path in public accounting Competitive benefits including: 401(k) + Matching; Health, Dental, Vision, ST and LT Disability, and Life Insurance; Ample PTO; 14
