As part of our team, you'll lead meaningful engagements, mentor rising talent, and work directly with decision-makers across a diverse client base. You'll collaborate with dynamic companies across industries including construction, healthcare, and professional services, gaining exposure to businesses ranging from closely held organizations to larger, more complex entities. What You'll Do:

Lead audit and review engagements from planning through completion Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships Ensure financial statements are accurate and compliant with GAAP Provide valuable insights and recommendations to improve processes and internal controls Mentor, coach, and develop staff and seniors Collaborate with partners on engagement strategy and client growth Play a role in business development and expanding client relationships What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting 5+ years of public accounting experience with progressive audit responsibility Strong knowledge of GAAP and

GAAS CPA

license or actively working toward CPA licensure Proven ability to lead engagements and develop teams Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Why Pivot CPAs?
