Nichiha USA Inc. is a dynamic organization committed to excellence in logistics and warehouse operations. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled Internal Auditor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of pre-staged loads and loaded trailers at our 3PL Warehouse (MG3).
Position Overview:
As an Internal Auditor specializing in warehouse operations, you will be responsible for auditing pre-staged loads and loaded trailers at our 3PL Warehouse (MG3). The primary objective is to maintain the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency in our logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Staged Load Audits:
Conduct thorough audits of pre-staged loads to verify accuracy and compliance with order specifications. Ensure that items are correctly labeled, packaged, and documented before loading.
Loaded Trailer Audits:
Perform detailed audits of loaded trailers to confirm that all items match the shipping documentation. Check for proper securing of items to prevent damage during transit.
Compliance Monitoring:
Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in all warehouse activities. Identify and report any deviations from established procedures.
Documentation Review:
Examine shipping and receiving documentation to verify the accuracy of records. Maintain detailed audit reports for documentation and reporting purposes. Collaboration with 3
PL Warehouse Team:
Work closely with 3PL warehouse personnel to address any identified issues promptly. Provide training and support to enhance awareness of quality standards and compliance.
Qualifications:
Two or more years of experience working in an auditor or lead role within a warehouse setting. Proven experience in internal auditing, with a focus on warehouse operations. Strong knowledge of logistics processes, including loading, unloading, and inventory management. Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to work flexible hours, especially during peak operational periods. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic 3PL warehouse environment.
