We're looking for an experienced CPA who is ready to take ownership of client relationships, lead complex audit engagements, develop people, and play a meaningful role in the continued growth of our West Des Moines practice. You'll lead audit engagements from planning through final reporting while serving as a primary point of contact for clients. What We're Looking For Active CPA license Progressive public accounting experience with a strong focus on audit Proven experience leading and managing audit engagements and teams Experience serving nonprofit, privately held, construction, and/or governmental clients Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements Ability to independently plan, manage, execute, review, and complete audit engagements Experience developing audit plans, assigning work, reviewing documentation, and managing engagement budgets Ability to clearly communicate audit findings, recommendations, and complex accounting matters to clients Strong client relationship skills and an advisory mindset Why Haga Kommer?
