  • $231,870 based on experience, qualifications, and location.
Position Overview We are seeking an Audit Senior Manager to lead industry-focused assurance engagements, collaborate with firm leadership, and mentor high-performing staff. This role offers the opportunity to advise middle-market clients, engage directly in business development, and influence firm success while enjoying flexibility and strong career growth potential. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Assurance Leadership
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand goals, challenges, and strategic priorities.
  • Design and implement audit procedures to evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements.
  • Oversee all fieldwork to deliver high-quality results within established timelines.
  • Provide financial statement insights, analysis, and business recommendations.
  • Manage engagement staffing, billing, collections, and profitability metrics. Business Development & Relationship Building
  • Use entrepreneurial skills to grow client relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Build strong internal and external networks that support long-term business growth. Team Leadership & Development
  • Mentor and coach staff, supporting technical and professional growth through the firm's development philosophy.
  • Participate in learning programs and maintain current knowledge of relevant standards and strategies.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that supports work-life balance and engagement.
Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; master's or advanced degree preferred.
  • CPA required.
  • 8+ years of audit experience within a professional services environment.
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience with demonstrated success mentoring and developing staff.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to provide exceptional client service, think strategically, and manage complex engagements.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.
