$122,300- $231,870 based on experience, qualifications, and location.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand goals, challenges, and strategic priorities.
- Design and implement audit procedures to evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements.
- Oversee all fieldwork to deliver high-quality results within established timelines.
- Provide financial statement insights, analysis, and business recommendations.
- Manage engagement staffing, billing, collections, and profitability metrics. Business Development & Relationship Building
- Use entrepreneurial skills to grow client relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Build strong internal and external networks that support long-term business growth. Team Leadership & Development
- Mentor and coach staff, supporting technical and professional growth through the firm's development philosophy.
- Participate in learning programs and maintain current knowledge of relevant standards and strategies.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that supports work-life balance and engagement.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; master's or advanced degree preferred.
- CPA required.
- 8+ years of audit experience within a professional services environment.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience with demonstrated success mentoring and developing staff.
- Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Ability to provide exceptional client service, think strategically, and manage complex engagements.
- Eligibility to work in the U.
