Senior Audit Manager Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion Oversee multiple client engagements while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical support to audit staff and team members Review financial statements, audit workpapers, and reports for accuracy and compliance Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic growth initiatives and operational improvements Assist with business development efforts and expansion of audit services

Active CPA license required 7+ years of progressive public accounting audit experience required Previous supervisory or management experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of audit procedures, financial reporting, and regulatory standards Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment Strong client-focused mindset with a high level of professionalism and integrity
