Log Auditor Location:
St. Cloud, MN, in-office, not remote. Help Keep Drivers Moving and Compliance on Track! Do you enjoy solving problems, helping people, and finding details that others might miss? Are you the person friends and coworkers turn to when technology isn't cooperating? If so, you may be a perfect fit for our Log Auditor team! As a Log Auditor, you'll play a key role in supporting our drivers by ensuring compliance with Department of Transportation regulations (DOT) and Hours of Service (HOS) requirements. You'll review driver logs, coach drivers on compliance, troubleshoot tablet issues, and provide exceptional customer service. Every day brings a new challenge and an opportunity to make a real impact. What You'll Be Doing- Audit electronic and paper driver logs for DOT and Hours of Service compliance
- Identify HOS violations, false logs, and personal conveyance misuse
- Communicate with drivers through inbound and outbound calls regarding compliance issues
- Coach and train drivers on Hours-of-Service regulations and best practices
- Troubleshoot Android-based tablets and electronic logging device (ELD) issues
- Maintain compliance records, reports, spreadsheets, and electronic files
- Partner with drivers and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Assist with corrective action processes when compliance concerns arise
- Meet department goals, deadlines, and accuracy standards What Makes You a Great Fit Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience using Android-based tablets or smartphones
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in customer service, call center, or customer-facing roles
- Experience learning and utilizing multiple software platforms
- Good with using computers and technology
Compensation & Benefits:
- The anticipated hourly pay range for this position begins at $22.50
- $27.50 per hour Hourly pay rate offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing similar work. In addition to the hourly rate of pay, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
