Audit Manager

We are a 30-person CPA firm in the twin-city area. We are a full-service firm offering audit, accounting, tax, and business advisory services to individuals, private businesses, and non-profit organizations. We offer the ability to work in the office and from home. We offer full benefits covering the majority of the healthcare premiums for employees. Currently, we are looking for experinced individuals to fill the shoes of a recently retired partner from the audit team.

We are looking for an Audit Manager/Senior Manager to fill the shoes of a retired partner. This person should have experience auditing for-profit, non-profit, and employee benefit plans. Most of our clients are in the $10M-$50M revenue range with some getting up to $500M. Construction, manufacturing, and healthcare are some of the most common industries, but we span most industries.

What you need8+ Years of Public Accounting ExperienceActive CPA REQUIREDStrong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and nonprofit reporting standards (FASB, OMB Uniform Guidance).EBP Audit Experience Major PlusProven ability to manage audit teams, review workpapers, and oversee engagement performance.

Excellent communication and relationship management skills with both for-profit and nonprofit clients.

Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, and meeting engagement deadlines.
