This part-time evening position plays a critical role in maintaining fleet readiness, safety, and operational compliance by auditing delivery vans as drivers return from route. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, communicates clearly and directly, and maintains strong procedural discipline and attention to detail. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Conduct RTS (Return to Station) inspections and compliance audits on delivery vans Inspect vehicles for (including but not limited to): Cleanliness and sanitation standards Exterior and interior damage Mileage verification Required equipment compliance General fleet condition Document findings accurately and thoroughly Provide direct, clear instruction to drivers regarding compliance issues Ensure procedural standards are consistently followed Escalate major concerns or repeat compliance issues to leadership Maintain productivity and accuracy in a high-volume operational environment Support overall fleet readiness and operational excellence Qualifications & Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Valid driver's license required Must successfully pass: Background check/Motor Vehicle Drug screening/panel Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to remain professional and composed in high-pressure situations Strong communication and accountability skills General knowledge of vehicles is a plus, but not required Physical Requirements Consistently lift and move up to 50 pounds Repetitively access and inspect the interior of delivery vehicles throughout the duration of the shift Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and move continuously during shift hours Comfortable working outdoors (in all weather conditions) and around active fleet operations Preferred Traits Reliable and punctual Procedure-driven mindset Comfortable giving corrective feedback

$18.00 per hour
