- $52,342.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. Minimum three (3) years of audit, compliance, or financial services experience required. Credit union or banking industry experience preferred. Professional certification (e.g., CIA, CUCE, CRCM) a plus. Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and core banking/audit software. Ability to analyze data, evaluate internal controls, and prepare clear, well-organized reports. Language Skills
- Ability to read, interpret, and communicate regulatory requirements, policies, procedures, and audit findings clearly and effectively to management, staff, and the Supervisory Committee. Mathematical Skills
- Ability to perform arithmetic and statistical calculations, reconcile financial data, apply approved sampling methodologies, and analyze audit and risk metrics. Reasoning Ability
- Ability to independently evaluate operational and compliance risks, identify root causes, develop practical recommendations, and clearly communicate issues and ideas to management and the Supervisory Committee.
