• A manufacturing facility in Manchester, NH, is seeking dependable individuals for entry-level Molder Trainee positions. No previous experience is required. Training will be provided for candidates who are willing to work, learn, and develop new skills.

• Job Description
• This is a hands-on production position involving standing, lifting, inspecting, packaging, and handling plastic parts and materials. The Molder Trainee will learn how to safely operate and support injection molding equipment while following production, safety, and quality procedures.
• Responsibilities
• + Work with injection molding machines and production equipment + Inspect finished parts for quality and defects + Package and label products + Handle materials and production supplies + Grind rejected parts and properly dispose of waste + Clean grinders, material loaders, and blender systems + Perform basic mold and equipment maintenance + Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules + Maintain a clean and organized work area + Wear required safety equipment + Work cooperatively with team members and trainers •Requirements•+ No previous experience required + Training provided + Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on environment + Dependable attendance + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions + Ability to stand for extended periods + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
