Job Description Plan and execute audits to assess compliance and operational efficiency. Analyze financial and operational data to identify potential risks and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure audit findings are addressed effectively. Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior leadership. Monitor regulatory changes and ensure audit processes align with industry standards. Provide recommendations to enhance controls and improve processes. Support the development of risk management strategies within the company. Mentor and guide junior team members in audit practices and procedures. The Successful Applicant A successful AVP Business Audit should have: Experience with auditing processes in the financial services industry. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
