JOB DESCRIPTION
An established local CPA firm in the area is looking to add an Audit Manager to their growing team. This stable and growing firm offers clients valuable knowledge and expertise in tax. Due to the recent growth of the firm, there is an opportunity for an Audit Managerto join a team of highly motivated staff. Responsibilities:
Plan the audit strategy (risk areas, staffing, timelines) Approve scope and approach for testing Ensure the audit stays on budget and schedule Coordinate multiple engagements at once Provide coaching, performance feedback, and evaluations Delegate effectively and ensure workload balance between Audit Seniors and Staff Ensure compliance with auditing and accounting standards (GAAP/GAAS) Communicate with
Clients Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related area. 5+ years of proven experience in public accounting. Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills. CPA (in progress/planned).
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$90,000K-$125,000K Depending on
