401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance The Revenue Auditor role is responsible for reviewing wagering transactions from system-generated reports to ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory compliance, and accurate tax reporting and payment. You will be in a positive team-centric environment to accomplish these goals. The role will require adaptability and quick thinking to adjust to ever-changing conditions. The ability to take constructive feedback, learn/apply, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment is a must. This position reports Accounting Supervisor/Lead Revenue Auditor.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit and reconcile daily revenue reports from various satellite sports book locations. Analyze variances, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate reporting of revenue. Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly revenue summaries and audit reports. Communicate findings and collaborate with finance and operations teams to resolve issues. Maintain proper documentation for internal and external audits. Identify process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Stay up to date on relevant gaming regulations and industry best practices. Qualifications & Experience High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of recent gaming audit experience required. Work experience specifically in the sports betting industry is preferred. Familiarity with casino management systems and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with gaming industry regulations. Proficiency in Excel and accounting software. Physical Requirements Must be able to reach, lift, bend, and kneel. Must be able to sit at a computer workstation for an 8+ hour shift. Must be able to lift audit boxes independently up to 25 lbs. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support business levels.
