Job Description We are seeking an experienced EHS Site Auditor to conduct safety and compliance audits at telecommunications tower sites, construction projects, and facility locations. This position will evaluate employee and subcontractor work practices, equipment, documentation, and jobsite conditions to ensure compliance with the company requirements and applicable EHS regulations. The ideal candidate has strong construction safety experience, extensive experience with hazard-assessment documentation, and the ability to travel frequently to rural and remote project locations. Key Qualifications 5+ years reviewing JHAs, JSAs, PTPs, AHAs, or comparable hazard-assessment documentation. 5+ years as a Construction Safety Supervisor or similar field-safety leadership role. 5+ years conducting EHS facility audits and supporting safety programs. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local EHS regulations. Knowledge of
ISO 45001
standards and occupational health and safety management systems.
CHST, ISO
45001, or equivalent safety certification. Strong observation, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with employees, subcontractors, and project leadership. Willingness to travel frequently to rural and remote locations.
Preferred:
telecommunications, tower construction, wireless infrastructure, or subcontractor safety experience. requirements. Document safety concerns, compliance issues, corrective actions, and resolutions. Recognize employees and teams demonstrating strong EHS performance. Maintain trending logs and analyze recurring safety issues. Recommend corrective and preventive actions based on audit trends. Prepare accurate and timely audit reports for project stakeholders. Travel regularly to rural and remote project locations.
