1. Process & Product Auditing- Conduct audits on: o Receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping
- Inspect products for: o Damage, accuracy, labeling, and packaging quality
- Verify compliance with SOPs and work instructions 2. Inventory Accuracy & Control
Perform:
o Cycle counts o Bin audits o Location accuracy checksIdentify:
o Mis-picks, short shipments, overages- Investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies 3. Data Collection & Reporting
- Use systems like: o WMS (Warehouse Management System) o Excel or audit tracking tools
Document:
o Audit results o Defects and error trends- Assist in generating actionable reports for Leadership Candidate Requirements High school diploma or GED (required) 1-3+ years in warehouse operations (preferred) Prior experience with (preferred)
- Equipment operation preferred with certification required long term
- Quality auditing / inventory control
- RF scanning systems and barcode technology Ability to: (required) o Walk warehouse floor for long periods o Lift (20-50 lbs.
