Day Shift (8:30 am - 5:00 pm ET, Monday - Friday)
Pay Rate:
$18/hour Join Our Release Services Team as a Title Auditor I Are you detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy and efficiency? We are seeking a dedicated Title Auditor I to join our fast-paced Release Services Group. In this vital role, you will ensure the correctness and compliance of title and lien satisfactions, notarizations, and related documents, playing a key part in maintaining our high standards of service for internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of title and lien satisfactions, notarizations (if applicable), and related documentation with precision and timeliness. Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize workflows and ensure service level agreements are consistently met. Conduct research and analysis using proprietary software to resolve title issues quickly and accurately. Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, including safety and ergonomic standards. Sign off and execute documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance before shipment. Maintain flexibility to accommodate business needs, including potential overtime, evening, or weekend hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education; college degree or industry certifications are preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with the automotive, titling, or finance industry is a plus.

Competitive pay rate of $18/hour. Stable daytime schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm ET, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for overtime as needed.
