Key job responsibilities As a Senior Compliance Associate, you will review product information against regulatory documentation to ensure compliance for Amazon listings. Using Amazon tools, you will classify products and address deviations from SOPs in collaboration with your manager and experts. You will prioritize tasks using reports to meet quality, productivity, and service targets. You may identify improvement opportunities, like automating reports with Excel, and contribute to SOP refinement. You will share expertise in knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor peers. Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related applications
• Advanced English proficiency (B2 or equivalent) in both verbal and written communication Preferred Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations
• Proven experience in regulatory compliance management, including working with government agencies
• 2+ years experience in Business Process Outsourcing across domains such as accounting, regulatory compliance, payment processing, IT services, human resources, or quality assurance
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA
• Expertise in database querying (SQL)
• Experience as a quality auditor in retail chain management, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies, or corporate environments
