This highly visible regional Quality & HSE leadership role is responsible for overseeing audit programs, quality management compliance, continuous improvement initiatives, and quality reporting systems across multiple locations. This opportunity is ideal for a quality professional who combines strong auditing expertise with data-driven decision making and enjoys collaborating across manufacturing, engineering, and operational teams. What You'll Do Lead the regional internal audit program utilizing risk-based planning methodologies. Coordinate and conduct internal audits aligned with
ISO 9001, ISO
14001, and
ISO 45001
standards. Prepare sites for certification, customer, and regulatory audits. Ensure consistency in audit execution, reporting, documentation, and corrective action management. Monitor audit performance, compliance trends, and follow-up activities across regional facilities. Serve as the regional Key User for audit, CAPA, and quality management systems. Provide first-line support and guidance for quality reporting platforms and workflows. Develop quality performance dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting. Partner closely with Continuous Improvement, Quality Management System, and operational leadership teams to drive sustainable improvements. Support regional and global management review processes with accurate quality and audit data. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. Several years of experience in quality management, auditing, quality systems, or quality governance within a manufacturing environment.
Strong working knowledge of:
ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001
Experience with quality management and audit platforms such as SAP QM, CAQ, or related systems. Proven ability to work across multiple sites and support regional operations. Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability and willingness to travel regionally as required.
