General Summary Audits undergraduate and graduate records to ensure all requirements are met for graduation eligibility. Major Duties Advises and assists students on University regulations, curriculum, college, major and minor requirements. Researches and resolves problems and questions and corrects record discrepancies. Provides advice and assistance to college offices, departments, college advising staff and faculty regarding University, college and program graduation requirements. Provides initial and final audits of records to ensure all requirements and deadlines are met. Ensures compliance with University academic policies. Assists with the management and validation of the commencement book preparation for the graduation ceremony. Assists with the ceremony activities. Minimum Qualifications Some college coursework from an accredited institution. One year's relevant experience. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Physical requirements and working conditions Office or other indoor work with minimal physical demands such as occasionally lifting or moving materials less than 25 pounds.
