What you'll doLead, plan, and execute complex assurance and advisory engagements from start to finishReview financial statements, audit working papers, and internal control evaluations to ensure technical accuracy and regulatory complianceServe as a primary client relationship contact, collaborating with firm leadership to deepen and expand client partnershipsSupervise, coach, and advocate for audit staff and senior associates, providing meaningful feedback that accelerates their careersContribute to firm-wide initiatives, including process improvements and new technology adoptionWhat you need2+ years of experience as an Audit/A&A Manager or equivalent leadership role in public accountingActive CPA license (or equivalent advancement toward licensure)Strong technical command of US GAAP, GAAS, and financial statement presentationDemonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships and lead project teams simultaneouslyClear, confident written and verbal communication skillsLocation & schedule
Location:
Hybrid (Oregon area). Candidates must be able to commute 3 days a week to one of our office locations: Eugene, Corvallis, Bend, or Lake Oswego.
Schedule:
Full-time, year-round position with a 40-hour annualized work week and no mandatory weekend culture.
