Outside of that, the expectation drops back to 40-hour weeks max, with time built in for training, mentoring, and development. Progression There's no rigid up-or-out structure. Partnership is a genuine option (one current partner started as an intern), but there are also strong leadership paths in people development, technical work, or business development. You CPA (or close to qualifying) with experience managing audit engagements and leading teams in public accounting.
