3+ Years of Public Accounting Experience Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to lead and execute audit engagements for a portfolio of for-profit clients. The Audit Senior will plan, perform, and supervise audits in accordance with professional standards, deliver clear insights to clients, and mentor junior staff to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables. This role requires strong technical audit skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple engagements concurrently. Key Responsibilities Lead planning, fieldwork, and completion of financial statement audits for for-profit entities in accordance with GAAP and GAAS. Develop audit strategies, identify key risks and controls, and design testing procedures to address identified risks. Supervise, coach, and review the work of audit staff and seniors; provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback. Prepare and review audit documentation, workpapers, and management letters to ensure accuracy and compliance with firm standards. Communicate audit findings, recommendations, and value-added opportunities to clients and engagement partners in a clear and professional manner. Manage engagement timelines, budgets, and client relationships to ensure timely delivery of high-quality audit services. Coordinate with tax, advisory, and other service lines as needed to provide integrated client service. Stay current on changes in accounting and auditing standards and implement best practices across engagements. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Masters degree or advanced coursework preferred. Minimum 3 years of progressive public accounting experience with hands-on audit engagements; experience in for-profit audit engagements strongly preferred. Proven technical proficiency in auditing standards (GAAS/ PCAOB) and financial reporting under GAAP. Demonstrated experience supervising and mentoring audit staff with strong review and delegation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to clients and partners. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines. Proficiency with audit software and Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting systems commonly used by for-profit entities a plus.Required:

Audit Supervisor experience, CPA license (or actively pursuing CPA), prior Audit Senior role experience, and prior for-profit audit experience.
