About the work You'll work with a wide variety of small and mid-sized businesses across industries, which means no two engagements look the same and you're never pigeonholed into a single niche. One week you might be leading fieldwork for a manufacturer, the next a nonprofit or a family-owned services company. You'll own engagements from planning through wrap-up, supervise and mentor associates, and be a trusted point of contact for clients who genuinely value your advice. What you'll do You'll plan and execute audit, review, and compilation engagements; identify and resolve technical issues; review staff workpapers and coach the people doing them; manage timelines and budgets; and build real relationships with business owners who lean on you for more than a signed opinion. As you grow, you'll take on more responsibility for running engagements independently — this is a role designed to develop the firm's future managers and partners. What we're looking for We're looking for two to four years of public accounting audit experience, a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, and strong technical grounding in U.S. GAAP and
GAAS. A CPA
— or active progress toward it — is preferred but not required; if you're on the path, we'll support you the rest of the way.
