Audit Senior or Audit ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Audit Senior or Audit Manager to lead and deliver high-quality financial statement audit engagements across a diverse portfolio of clients. In this hybrid role, you will take ownership of the entire audit lifecycle-from initial planning and risk assessment to final execution and reporting. You will ensure strict compliance with professional standards while actively coaching and mentoring audit staff. The ideal candidate holds an active CPA license and brings specialized industry experience in Construction, Gaming, Employee Benefit Plans (EBP), Not-for-Profit (NFP), Real Estate, Manufacturing, Retail, or Technology. Key Responsibilities & ExpectationsAs an Audit Senior or Manager, your day-to-day focus centers on engagement management, technical precision, and team leadership. You will develop robust audit strategies, manage engagement budgets, review workpapers, and ensure compliance with GAAP, PCAOB, and AICPA standards. Your ability to identify operational risks, evaluate internal controls, and deliver actionable recommendations will directly add value to our clients. Furthermore, you will serve as the primary client contact, foster cross-functional collaboration with tax and advisory teams, and support business development efforts.
Qualifications & RequirementsCPA License:
Required.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
Experience:
3+ years of public accounting audit experience for Audit Senior, or 5+ years with progressive supervisory experience for Audit Manager.
Industry Expertise:
Direct audit experience in Construction, Gaming, EBP, NFP, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Retail, or Technology.
Technical Skills:
Strong mastery of US GAAP, audit methodology, advanced Excel, and modern audit software.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication, proven project management capabilities, and a commitment to professional growth.
LocationPrimary Location:
Fully flexible Hybrid work model (combining remote work with occasional client site visits and office collaboration).
Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive Salary Range:
Audit Senior:
$85,000 - $115,000 annually
Audit Manager:
$115,000 - $140,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
