Our assurance practice provides audits, reviews, and compilations for privately held companies and 401(k) plans across a variety of industries. We are looking for an experienced Audit Senior or Audit Manager who has the following qualifications and qualities: Bachelor's degree in accounting and 3+ years of audit or public accounting experience. Experience with construction accounting is preferred, but not required. CPA license or progress toward CPA licensure Takes pride in producing high-quality, accurate work and has strong attention to detail. Values both professional success and life outside of work and knows how to manage responsibilities effectively. Has a desire to continue learning, growing, and taking on greater responsibility within the firm. Works well as part of an audit team while also being self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Communicates well with clients and coworkers and is comfortable developing strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include the following:

Plan and perform audit and review engagements. Supervise and review the work of staff on engagements. Communicate directly with clients and help resolve accounting and audit issues. Prepare and review financial statements and related disclosures. Manage engagement deadlines and budgets. Assist with training and development of less-experienced team members. Work closely with partners and other members of the assurance team.
