- About the Role
- The Privacy Analyst position is a dedicated FedRAMP/GovRAMP resource responsible for ensuring privacy compliance and oversight within the PSIGov environment in accordance with federal and regulatory requirements.
- Role Responsibilities
- + Ensuring and maintaining the Company's compliance with regulatory and other legal requirements in relation to Data Privacy and Data Protection.
- Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements
- + 2+ year expertise in a Data Privacy Role + Experience with federal contracts and federal contracting terminology + Experience with federal contractor security controls + Experience with federal agency procurement offices and contracting officers + Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and its recent overhaul (These are the guidelines that govern federal contracting for services and supplies) + Ability to obtain a federal public trust security clearance (this is currently specific to IRS, but could also apply to future federal clients) + Good technical writing skills and proven history of working on contracts and client projects.
