Review, validate, and audit privacy incident records to ensure full regulatory compliance. Verify breach notifications, conduct risk assessments, and support enterprise audit readiness initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit privacy incident documentation and confirm required regulatory breach notifications. Perform risk assessments on privacy incidents to determine severity and reporting needs. Reconcile incident data, track evidence of submissions, and generate reporting summaries. Collaborate with legal, compliance, and security teams to resolve privacy inquiries.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in managed care, health insurance, or healthcare compliance. Proven background auditing privacy incidents, HIPAA compliance, or regulatory records. Demonstrated capability to validate audit evidence and evaluate reporting obligations. strong written communication and analytical skills.
