Summary:

What you get to do:

Lead all phases of audits, reviews, and other assurance projects. Build strong client relationships and maintain in-depth client knowledge. Plan, schedule, and staff engagements, ensuring adherence to firm policies. Assess team qualifications and review assignments for efficiency. Review and approve engagement letters and budgets with Partners. Evaluate internal controls and review team-prepared work programs. Monitor engagement budgets and control project costs. Train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance. Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and disclosures. Manage client billing, communicate fees, and assist in collections. Support directors and partners on consulting projects. What you need to succeed: 6-8 years in audit/assurance within public accounting, with industry expertise. Bachelor's in Accounting (MBA preferred) and CPA license required. Experience managing engagements, teams, and reviewing financials. Strong knowledge of audit and accounting principles. Proficient in Microsoft Office; CCH Pro fx Engagement and IDEA are a plus. Client-focused with a consultative approach.
