What You'll Do As a Senior Audit Associate , you'll lead key portions of audit engagements from planning to completion, working with a wide variety of clients. You'll manage complex areas of the engagement, support junior team members, and help implement audit efficiencies through technology and process improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading audit planning meetings and establishing engagement timelines and roles Reviewing and preparing accurate, well-organized workpapers Training and supervising audit staff Overseeing full engagement cycles, including financial statement preparation Communicating progress and identifying process improvements Participating in business development and client relationship activities What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field CPA license or actively working toward CPA licensure 2-4 years of recent experience in public accounting Experience supervising audits and training staff Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and audit software A team-oriented mindset and a focus on client service Willingness to travel occasionally for client needs A desire for continuous learning and career development What's Offered Competitive salary Hybrid/remote work flexibility Full benefits package Supportive and collaborative team culture Clear path for career advancement
