Apply basic auditing concepts and techniques. Analyze operational and financial data. Evaluate internal controls and compliance requirements. Develop professional communication and reporting skills. Gain experience with audit documentation and working papers. Gain hands-on experience with basic office administration tasks. Qualifications Current college student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Health Administration, or a related field Strong attention to detail Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills Good communication and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Job Responsibilities 1. Assist with PCard, parking booth, petty cash, and follow-up reviews. (35%) 2. Support audit projects by gathering information, organizing workpapers, and maintaining audit documentation. (25%) 3. Assist with administrative and analytical tasks, including scanning documents, preparing spreadsheets, creating charts, and compiling reports. (15%) 4. Research policies, procedures, regulations, and best practices relevant to audit engagements and projects. (10%) 5. Attend audit meetings, participate in project discussions, and gain exposure to internal audit processes and methodologies. (10%) 6. Other projects as assigned.
