Engineering Quality Systems Specialist - Certified Internal Auditor a plus!!

Elite Resources Premier Staffing is seeking a Temp to Hire Industrial Quality Systems Specialist in Rock Hill, SC . This is an excellent opportunity with a Stable and Growing Manufacturer with excellent benefits upon transition to Direct Hire - approximately 14 weeks or sooner.

Monday to Friday, 7AM to 4

PM Pay Rate:

$35 per Hour - $72,800 per Year Summary Quality Systems Specialist for the Engineering Team. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in building and scaling high-performing teams and products in the CAD industry, driving product innovation with AI, and effectively managing products at scale globally. Duties and Responsibilities Maintains a quality culture rooted in continuous improvement by maintaining a robust quality system, including compliance at all levels of operations Accurately completes quality and traceability documentation for all activities Supports internal and external audits, compliance training, and documentation control activities Works with process owners to implement best practices as they pertain to quality and compliance Verifies component and paperwork compliance with all customer and regulatory standards Performs inspections and tests according to defined measurement plans and report results Coordinates company material review board Maintain traceability systems including raw material traceability Reviews product manufacturing and quality records to verify completeness and acceptability Qualification Requirements

• Experience with AS9100 and ISO9001 standards required
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and acceptance test procedures, including full knowledge of reading geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools preferred
• Prior experience with articulated arm CMMs (such as FARO or Hexagon arms) preferred
• Knowledge of PolyWorks inspection software preferred
• Certified

AS9100/ISO9001

auditor a plus Education and/or

Experience :

• Minimum education of associates degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing quality control and systems OR at least 5 years of experience with manufacturing quality control and systems Elite Resources Premier Staffing requires onboarding to include Drug Screen and Criminal Background Check.
