Position Overview The Marketing Specialist - Content & Performance is a hands-on, results-driven role responsible for creating, executing, and analyzing marketing content across multiple channels. This position goes beyond content creation and requires a solid understanding of core marketing principles, performance measurement, and optimization. This role is ideal for a motivated marketer who enjoys wearing multiple hats, takes ownership of their work, and is excited to contribute across content, digital advertising, analytics, and campaign execution Core Focus Areas Create and deliver marketing content across blogs, email, social media, and promotional materials Analyze content performance and campaign results to inform optimization and strategy Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align content with broader marketing goals Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and positioning Continuously improve marketing efforts through testing, iteration, and data-driven insights Primary Responsibilities Write and publish blog posts and articles optimized for SEO, engagement, and lead generation Create social media content and assist with planning posts Draft and distribute marketing emails including newsletters and campaign communications Write press releases, announcements, and promotional content as needed Assist with Google Ads copywriting and monitoring Monitor and analyze performance using tools such as Google Analytics, email analytics, and ad dashboards Track KPIs and prepare performance summaries and insights Support additional marketing initiatives and projects as needed Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred 2-4 years of hands-on marketing experience Strong understanding of core marketing concepts including funnels, audience targeting, and conversion Experience measuring and analyzing marketing performance and applying insights Excellent written communication skills with attention to clarity, tone, and brand voice Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities Demonstrated grit, accountability, and follow-through Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and wearing multiple hats
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
