The Quality Auditor is responsible for auditing manufacturing processes and finished products to ensure compliance with company specifications, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards. This role supports production and quality teams by identifying process deviations, documenting findings, and assisting with corrective actions to maintain product quality and operational efficiency. Job Duties Conduct product and process audits to verify compliance with company, customer, and regulatory quality standards. Perform internal audits following established quality systems and ISO guidelines. Collect, verify, and record accurate inspection and quality data. Document and track audit findings, ensuring timely follow-up and closure. Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action processes for quality issues. Prepare reject and defect reports, identifying patterns or trends in quality issues. Provide immediate feedback to production teams regarding process deviations or nonconformances. Monitor and report quality metrics and performance indicators. Maintain organized audit records and documentation in accordance with company standards. Participate in Quality Alert meetings and support communication of quality concerns. Assist in process training and quality awareness initiatives when needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training preferred. 2 years of inspection, auditing, or quality experience in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of quality inspection techniques and manufacturing processes. Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, instructions, and procedures. Experience using inspection tools and measurement equipment preferred. Basic computer skills including data entry and spreadsheet usage. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and safety awareness. Ability to communicate effectively with production teams and leadership.
