This responsibility has driven us to deliver significant societal and economic benefits to not just the Kingdom, but also to a vast number of communities, economies, and countries that rely on the vital and reliable energy that we supply. \n\n We are one of the most profitable companies in the world, as well as amongst the top five global companies by market capitalization. \n\n\n\n Overview \n\n\n We are seeking an operational auditor with substantial auditing or operational experience in Upstream or Downstream to join Internal Auditing Organization. \n \n The Internal Auditing is responsible for helping organizations to accomplish their objectives by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the organization's risk management, control, and governance processes. \n \n Your primary role will be to lead and oversee the audit team while serving as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring strong relationships and high-quality delivery throughout the engagement. \n\n\n\n\n Key Responsibilities \n\n\n As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following: \n \nEstablish the objective and scope of the audit engagement.\nIdentify key risks and controls within the business and operational processes under review.\nDevelop comprehensive risk-based audit programs.\nResponsible for the audit team and will be overseeing assistant auditors.\nDiscuss concerns and issues with the audit client, draft field memorandums, and update client and Internal Auditing Management on progress of the audit.\nExecute risk-based audit procedures in alignment with company policies and international standards.\nPrepare audit reports.\nDeliver presentations to client management at the audit opening and closing meetings.\nProvide on-the-job training and mentoring to less experienced staff.\nEvaluate the performance and capabilities of the assisting staff auditors.\nProvide assurance and consulting activities on internal controls as requested.\n\n\n\n\n\n Minimum Requirements \n\n\n \nAs a successful candidate, you will hold a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, engineering, or another related field; an advanced degree is a plus.\nYou will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in auditing, engineering, or plant operations within the oil and gas industry or from one of the Big Four Auditing firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY and KPMG)\nYou should hold at least one professional certification, such as the Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Accountant, or a similar professional credentials.\nYou must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language and excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.\nYou should be flexible to travel within the Kingdom and/or outside the Kingdom to conduct audit and consulting engagements.\n\n \n\n\n\n\n Work Location and Work Schedule \n\n\n Work location: Within Saudi Arabia - To be specified in Job offer \n Work schedule: Full Time - To be specified in Job offer \n\n\n\n\nJob Posting Duration\n\n\n Job posting start date: 12/15/2025 \n Job posting end date: 12/31/2026 \n\n\n\n Working environment \n\n Our high-performing employees are drawn by the challenging and rewarding professional, technical and industrial opportunities we offer, and are remunerated accordingly. \n\n At Aramco, our people work on truly world-scale projects, supported by investment in capital and technology that is second to none.
