Job Description
Overview Audit & Monitoring Coordinator About the Role Reporting to the Director of Compliance Auditing & Monitoring , the Audit & Monitoring Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of compliance audits and internal monitoring activities. This role helps ensure organizational compliance with federal and state healthcare regulations, payer requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. The Coordinator reviews, analyzes, and distributes audit and monitoring results to identify areas of risk, drive compliance improvements, and support documentation integrity initiatives. This position partners with internal stakeholders and external auditors to facilitate audit readiness, corrective action planning, and ongoing compliance program effectiveness.
