If you're currently with a Big 4 or regional public accounting firm and have been thinking about making the move to industry, this is an outstanding opportunity to transition into a well-rounded accounting role supporting a dynamic Real Estate and investment business. Leverage your audit and GAAP foundation while gaining hands-on experience in operational accounting, real estate, development, and investment accounting-all while leaving busy season behind. What You Will Be Doing... Own key components of the monthly close process Support financial reporting and GAAP compliance Gain exposure to operational accounting, investment accounting, and real estate development activities Drive process improvements and efficiencies Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and business leadership Expand beyond audit into the day-to-day financial operations of a growing investment organization Why Public Accountants Love This Opportunity... ( $105K-$110K base + 10-15% annual bonus ) Who We're Looking For... 2+ busy seasons in public accounting ( Big 4 or regional CPA firm strongly preferred ) Audit or Assurance experience Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting Exposure to real estate, investment clients, or property accounting is a plus-but not required CPA or actively pursuing CPA certification preferred Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership This Role Is Perfect For Someone Who Wants To...
