( $105K-$110K base + 10-15% annual bonus ) Who We're Looking For... 2+ busy seasons in public accounting ( Big 4 or regional CPA firm strongly preferred ) Audit or Assurance experience Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting Exposure to real estate, investment clients, or property accounting is a plus-but not required CPA or actively pursuing CPA certification preferred Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership This Role Is Perfect For Someone Who Wants To...
