Job Description
Overview The Quality Auditor is responsible to assure that all products and services consistently meet or exceed company standards. This will be accomplished through verifying and auditing applicable NFI facilities in areas of the Quality Management System, Internal Audits, Operational Processes and documentation. This position reports to the Regional Director of Quality. Responsibilities Plan, conduct and coordinate quality management system internal audits and process audits to ensure compliance to established procedures and instructions and to measure the effectiveness of improvements efforts. Perform daily data compliance audits and provide hands-on training and coaching on KPI dashboard. Manage the audit reports and observations, findings and non- conformities. Assist in establishing and maintaining the corrective action and preventive action CAPA program to measure and improve quality in areas where deficiencies have been identified. Communicate key QA/Compliance/Customer issues throughout Supply Chain/DC with a root cause analysis, corrective actions and preventive actions. Monitors Corrective Actions at site. Provide a weekly report to Quality Management. Drive continual quality improvement as measured by quality key performance indicators including internal and external audits and company quality metrics. Perform training on Quality related processes and documents. Follow all company policies and procedures Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in Internal Auditing. Associates degree (4-year degree is highly preferred, such as a Bachelor of Science Excellent computer skills and related software. Navigate thorough Quality and Warehouse Management Systems Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies. Strong decision making and problem-solving skills. Must have excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
