Job Description
Salary:
$43,000-$45,000 annuallyESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Prepares annual reports, as necessary. Performs account payable functions. Audits all incoming invoices for payment. Performs administrative functions. Performs certain purchasing duties. Performs random cash audits. Performs other duties as assigned.SUPERVISORY/BUDGET RESPONSIBILITIES
Position has no supervisory responsibility.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Skill in the use of computers and software. Ability to communicate clearly in a businesslike manner both orally and written. Ability to analyze information and data and take appropriate action. Skill in the use of computer keyboard and ten- key by touch. Ability to operate standard office machinery. Ability to prioritize obligations in order to consistently meet deadlines. Ability to research questions and form conclusions. Ability to attend training as needed. Strong analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word along with the ability to learn new software programs. Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills. Ability to reconcile bank statements.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Accounting experience and/or education.WORKING CONDITIONS
Position is located in an office environment with little or no exposure to environmental conditions. Health and safety hazards are minimal. No protective equipment is required. Position requires frequent standing, walking, handling, pushing, pulling, and twisting in the performance of duties. Fine dexterity, sitting, vision and hearing are constantly required. Occasionally, lifting, carrying, reaching, kneeling, crawling, climbing, balancing, bending, crouching and talking are required.CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
