Judicial Circuit of Virginia:
Our office provides oversight of fiduciaries appointed by the Fairfax Circuit Court, including executors and administrators of estates, trustees of testamentary trusts, guardians of minors, and conservators of incapacitated adults. This position offers the opportunity to work on unique and engaging cases while helping fiduciaries fulfill their legal responsibilities. Position Summary We are seeking a full-time Inventory and Accounts Auditor with accounting experience to review, audit, and prepare for approval the inventories and accounts filed by fiduciaries appointed by the Fairfax Circuit Court. This role offers engaging, specialized work that is unique to the Commissioner of Accounts system in the Commonwealth of Virginia.   • Accounting experience, including account reconciliation and financial record review
  • Interest in learning and developing expertise in the specialized rules and procedures governing fiduciary accounts in Virginia
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, especially Excel, and general computer applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, positive attitude with a strong work ethic Compensation Salary is commensurate with experience.
