Position Overview We are seeking an Audit Senior Associate to support assurance engagements within the Real Estate & Construction practice. This position offers the opportunity to develop subject matter expertise, build meaningful client relationships, and grow within a firm known for flexibility, transparency, and strong career mobility. Key Responsibilities- Audit & Assurance Delivery
- Serve as a key member of engagement teams providing audit and consulting services to industry-specific clients.
- Engage with clients throughout the year to gather information, complete testing, and address questions.
- Plan and supervise execution of all audit engagement activities.
- Perform and review substantive testing on financial statement areas.
- Conduct and review internal control testing and recommend process improvements.
- Participate in discussions with Managers and Partners on findings and client recommendations. Team Collaboration & Development
- Learn through on-the-job coaching and firm-wide development programs.
- Build strong internal and external relationships using an entrepreneurial approach.
- Mentor and support team members in alignment with the firm's Care and Teach philosophy.
- Participate in team activities that promote connection and balance.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent coursework to qualify for the CPA exam.
- CPA preferred or actively pursuing certification.
- 2+ years of audit experience in a public accounting environment.
- Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, analytical ability, and adaptability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Eligibility to work in the U.
Preferred:
- Real Estate & Construction industry audit experience.
