Job Description

We are seeking a Load Auditor to ensure the accuracy and integrity of outgoing and incoming shipments. This role involves performing inventory audits, maintaining audit records, and collaborating with various teams to improve operational efficiency.
Shift :
Monday- Friday 2PM to 10:30pm
Responsibilities:
Audit outgoing product counts to verify order accuracy and inventory records. Inspect incoming shipments to ensure paperwork matches delivered products. Identify and document damaged items in the warehouse. Communicate any shipment scanning issues to management. Scan outbound shipments to ensure quality control. Notify loaders when pallets are ready for trailer loading. Perform inventory counts, including month-end and year-end audits. Ensure all documentation follows company policies and procedures. Identify and correct audit discrepancies in a timely manner. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred. Forklift experience required. Experience with RF scanners. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills and ability to draft reports. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong math and analytical abilities. Ability to operate warehouse tools and equipment. Prior experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
Pay:
$19.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
