Job Overview:

As an Automotive Blueprint Estimator at Superior Collision Center, you'll play a crucial role in assessing and estimating repair costs for damaged vehicles. You'll work closely with our clients, ensuring transparency and understanding throughout the repair process. Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess the extent of repairs needed after disassembly. Provide accurate and detailed estimates for repair costs, considering manufacturers specifications, labor, parts, and materials. Communicate effectively with customers, insurance companies, and internal teams to explain estimates and coordinate repair timelines. Stay updated on industry trends, repair techniques, and pricing to ensure competitiveness and accuracy in estimates. Collaborate with technicians to ensure seamless execution of repairs and maintain quality standards. Keep detailed records of estimates, approvals, and repairs for documentation purposes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Automotive Estimator or in a similar role within the automotive repair industry. Strong knowledge of collision repair processes, parts, and labor costs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately assess vehicle damage. Proficient in using estimating software and staying updated on industry advancements. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
