Overview Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Collision Estimator at Van Collision Center, where your expertise will be vital in assessing vehicle damage and providing accurate repair estimates. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical automotive knowledge with exceptional customer service skills, ensuring our customers receive transparent, efficient, and professional guidance throughout their repair journey. As a key member of our collision repair team, you will help streamline the estimation process, coordinate repairs, and contribute to delivering top-quality service that keeps our customers satisfied and confident. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess the extent of collision-related repairs Prepare detailed and accurate auto estimates using industry-standard estimating software and tools Communicate clearly with customers to explain repair procedures, costs, and timelines Collaborate with technicians, body shop staff, and insurance adjusters to coordinate repairs efficiently Upsell additional services such as alignments, tire services, or mechanical repairs when appropriate Maintain comprehensive documentation of all estimates, customer interactions, and repair orders Requirements Proven dealership experience or collision center background in auto service management and auto estimating Experience in auto body repair processes and familiarity with insurance claim procedures Excellent communication skills with a focus on transparency and customer satisfaction Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience handling cash transactions is a plus Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional automotive care! $67,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
