Our Tempe facility supports collision repair, mechanical service, fleet maintenance, body work, welding, paint, and vehicle restoration for foreign and domestic vehicles. We are committed to quality workmanship, honest service, and taking care of our customers.

POSITION SUMMARY

AutoCrafters is looking for an experienced Collision Estimator who can accurately assess vehicle damage, prepare repair estimates, communicate with customers and insurance companies, and keep repairs moving through production. This role connects customers, technicians, insurers, parts vendors, and shop management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Order or coordinate parts and verify incoming parts when necessary. Track repair progress and help establish realistic completion dates. Provide customers with meaningful repair updates and document conversations. Handle customer questions or complaints professionally.

• Coordinate rental vehicles or transportation needs when necessary. Maintain accurate customer, vehicle, and repair-file records.

• Ability to identify repair-versus-replacement requirements. Strong written, verbal, organizational, and follow-up skills.

• Comfort communicating with customers, technicians, vendors, and insurance representatives. Valid driver's license required; I-CAR training or certifications are a plus.
